FRENCH JEWELRY AT THE CROSSROADS OF EXCELLENCE IN KNOW-HOW AND VALUES OF RESPONSIBILITY

The 11th “Précieuses Confluences” will take place on Tuesday, October 24, Wednesday, October 25, Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the headquarters of the Union Française de la Bijouterie, Joaillerie, Orfèvrerie, des Pierres et des Perles (UFBJOP) in Paris.

A key event for France’s jewelry industry, Précieuses Confluences is aimed at French and international participants of the creative and digital evolution dynamics and the stakes of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

Networking Day 1: Meet the new French creation

On Tuesday October 24, French and international brands from all segments: jewelry, fashion and accessories, watchmaking, will meet in a speed-networking session the new French players in the creative and digital design: designers, gouache artists, craftsmen, creative and design workshops, CAD-CAM development units, digital designers, manufacturing and R&D workshops.

Networking Day 2: Corporate Social Responsibility, Environment and Circularity

Wednesday October 25 will focus on the challenges of CSR, environment, and circularity for all players in the jewelry industry.

This module will feature the speed-networking between the CSR and sustainable development ecosystem, and French brands, workshops, designers and stone and pearl traders.

Networking Day 3: Skills development in Corporate Social Responsibility

Thursday October 26 will focus on new skills in the fields of CSR and sustainable development for all players in the jewelry industry.

This module will feature the speed-networking between the CSR and sustainable development ecosystem, and French brands, workshops, designers and stone and pearl traders.

PROGRAM

MODULE 1: Meet the new French creation

To attend Précieuses Confluences, you must be :

  • a French or international buyer, decision-maker, brand representative or retailer;
  • a representative of a French jewelry designer, gouache artist, digital designer, production studio, workshop, facility, craftsman, stone and pearl dealer.

Registration open from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Attendees take part in up to 14 30-minute meetings between 9.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.

Breakfast and a buffet lunch will be provided to allow attendees to network throughout the day.

MODULE 2: Corporate Social Responsibility, Environment and Circularity

To attend this session, you must be :

  • a player in the CSR, the sustainable development industry:
    • carbon footprint consulting company
    • associations and institutions for climate protection
    • health, safety, environment, recycling, waste treatment
    • energy transition
    • traceability
    • circular economy
    • packaging, innovation, materials, architecture
  • a representative of a French jewelry brand, production studio, workshop, facility, craftsman, stone and pearl dealer, designer, gouache artist, digital designer.

Wednesday, October 25

Registration open from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Attendees take part in up to 14 30-minute meetings between 9.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.

MODULE 3: Skills development in Corporate Social Responsibility

To attend this session, you must be :

    • a player in diversity, inclusion and social action
    • innovative and responsible technologies
    • green IT
    • applications and platforms
    • employee training on CSR issues
    • employee skills assessment consultancy
    • financial support for CSR investments
  • a representative of a French jewelry brand, production studio, workshop, facility, craftsman, stone and pearl dealer, designer, gouache artist, digital designer.

Attendees take part in up to 14 30-minute meetings between 9.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.

The 11th Précieuses Confluences will be hosted at a prestigious venue – the historic headquarters of the UFBJOP and spiritual home of France’s jewelers, gold- and silversmiths and lapidaries, where those working in the industry have come together for the past 150 years.

Up to 840 30-minute business meetings will take place on Tuesday, October 24th, Wednesday, October 25th, and Thursday, October 26th, 2023.

The online catalog goes live three weeks before the event.
Use the search engine to find potential partners.

Request your meetings

Each attendee must draw up a list of those they want to meet.
It is important that you list plenty of people to ensure you have a full schedule.
Arrange your list in decreasing order of priority, with those you most want to meet at the top.
